PowerTel Communications (Pvt) Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Zimbabwe Electricity Supply Authority (ZESA) Holdings. PowerTel is licensed by the Postal and Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (POTRAZ) as a Class ‘A’ Internet Access Provider.

The company operates an Optic Fibre backbone network, an Optic Fibre distribution network and Optic Fibre and wireless access networks. Recently the company has started deploying Low Earth Orbit (LEO) Satellite Technology as part of its suite of products.

To better service it ever growing clientele base of Individuals, Families, Communities, Micro, Small, Medium and Large Businesses; PowerTel continues to invest in emerging Technologies.
